Our Guarantee
Devinitely Sweets will provide a professional dessert in a timely manner as specified in the invoice or contract which will be provided when an order is received. Here are a few common questions.
Will you be able to recreate the exact design I provide to you?
Unless the design is a creation of our own collaboration, we will not provide you an exact recreation of another artist's work, but create something similar based on what you like about the design provided. It may not be possible to match an exact shade of a color, but we will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to slight variations. Also be aware the exposure to light can cause colors to change. We do not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade of a color is not achieved or if a variation occurs due to lighting. In the event that a major variation needs to be made Devinitely Sweets- will communicate this to the customer and seek re-design approval.
Is a deposit required to place an order?
A deposit of 25% is required. The remaining balance is due the day prior to the delivery date. Any changes to this order must be made no later than three (3) business days prior to delivery. Any changes requested after accepting the invoice cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
What if i need to cancel my order?
For cancellations with more than five (7) business days’ notice, your deposit shall be refunded. Payment of deposit is required to confirm your booking, if deposit is not paid, your order will be subject to cancellation.
What area do you service?
We are located in the Houma/ Thibodaux area. Orders outside of the area are subject to a travel fee and must be willing to meet in a designated halfway point. We do not accept orders outside of Louisiana at this time.
